By accessing or using SoccerLytix, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
About SoccerLytix
SoccerLytix is a soccer analytics platform that allows users to upload match recordings, generate match highlights, create recap pages, analyze match statistics, and share content with teams, leagues, players, families, and supporters.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content uploaded through your account.
- You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload and distribute videos and related content.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, offensive, or misleading content.
YouTube Integration
SoccerLytix integrates with the YouTube Data API to upload videos to YouTube on behalf of authorized users. Access to YouTube accounts is granted only through Google's secure OAuth authorization process.
Users may revoke access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
YouTube Terms of Service
Soccerlytix uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube upload functionality within Soccerlytix, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the videos and content they upload. SoccerLytix does not claim ownership of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use and distribute uploaded material.
Availability of Service
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that SoccerLytix will be available without interruption or error at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoccerLytix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or its services.
